Are worldwide fares fixed before I travel?

Yes. Every worldwide job is pre-booked and quoted as a fixed fare before you confirm. Local rates are held in the destination's own currency and you can pay in your own presentment currency — the exchange rate applied is shown before payment is taken.

What happens if you have no driver in my area yet?

The destination page tells you honestly whether we have local cover. Where we don't, the booking can still go ahead on a guaranteed payment method — cash to the driver, a card pre-authorisation or bank transfer — or you can join the coverage waitlist and we'll email you when a local driver is onboarded.

How far ahead should I book an international transfer?

Book at least 12 hours ahead so a local driver can be allocated, and the day before for airport pickups or early-morning departures. Flight numbers are tracked, so delayed arrivals are covered without a re-booking.

I'm a driver outside the UK — can I join?

Yes. Submit the rates for your own area on the Drive With Us page and we'll bill passengers in their currency and pay you in yours. Drivers pay a £20 per week flat membership fee with 0% commission on jobs — the Onde passenger app is the only exception, at 10%.
